Re: Latest from the Birdcam...The rainy, windy weather definitely makes the more "interesting" garden birds scarce! The Cape Sparrow in the foreground seems to be keeping a check out...considering the Yellow-billed Kite was cruising VERY low over the garden this morning, it's not surprising! A Speckled Pigeon squeezes into the feeding group... look at how pretty the shape and spots are at the wing edges when folded, never noticed it before! Re: Latest from the Birdcam...Laine, even my cleaning lady has commented on how busy the feeders are ...and the Laughing Doves drink in circles too! ...I find seeing the birds up this close, virtually in their space, is just an amzing experience!
