Re: Do you have any queries?any pix taken in the first third of the year will count yes, just remember it is very important to maintain the EXIF data with your photos so we can confirm when it was taken. Re: Do you have any queries?well, we couldn't really announce it having started 1 January in the announcement as it was only released today, but the contest is 3 4 month legs so technically as long as it falls within that third of the year it should be counted. Re: Do you have any queries?EXIF data: is all the data you camera attaches to each photo IOW if you right click on any of your photos you have stored to your pc and then click on "Properties" in the pop up box, you will see a whole list of data attched to the shot e.g. date taken, time taken, ISO, Shutterspeed etc etc, you can edit your photo and resize it and the EXIF data is maintained, BUT in some programs editing and saving as another file will remove the EXIF data, Photoshop maintains it, you will just need to check the software you use to edit/resize your pix maintains the EXIF data.
