Hello Everybody!!

I am so excited right now.  I have 15 more sleeps and then I will be taking my sister to Tamboti for the weekend.  I introduced her to birding when I went to her on holiday in December and she took like a duck to water, i guess its in her blood too, thanks to my twitching dad.  She lives in Amanzimtoti which is on the south coast of Kwa Zulu Natal.  Her complex overlooks a forest and right in her back yard she has a small reed bed which was prolific to say the least.  To look up and find a Long Crested Eagle casually sitting  on her back wall was exhilirating to say the least.  I am so excited to introduce her to the bushveld birdies and here is hoping to an awesome jam packed weekend of birding and lots of laughs! Smile

Til later gaters!

Laine
