Do you have to see a bird in a that specific area to tick it for that area? e.g. the Cuckoos we see in S.A can we tick them off as a bird for Europe? and anyway you have more chance of getting lifers than any of us! I am stil sulking cos it's now so difficult to get lifers here where I live...okay besides the waders and shorebirds..but then to factor in no wind days...sigh....LOL!
