Re: "How to confuse Humans" class?

Marcell, you are very lucky. at least you still get a shot. When I walk outside with the camera all the birds disappear. Ive been trying to get a good shot of a white-bellied sunbird for days now. It sat 2m from me this afternoon, with the camera in the cupboard. when i take it out the bird cant even be heard!

Re: "How to confuse Humans" class?

i'm with Imax..

I am almost sure a bird knows what a camera is..

Often we will be driving especially Zaagkuil.. the bird will be sitting there for ages.. even after we have stopped the car.. the VERY second i pick the camera up.. it flys away..  and i'm sure it has a look of "oh hell yeah..i did it again"

roll

LMAO @ armpit shot..

Re: "How to confuse Humans" class?

lol

I think birds evolved as the years went by.

IMO, the answer may lie in the word associated with photography nowadays. The word "shoot".

For centuries birds were and still are shot by humans. So birds might now have a genetic fear for things pointed at them. And that includes cameras.
