are we on the right ID then? plenty of shrubs where this one was found, but not many trees around.

Wait correction, was really puzzled about where it was found so sent it thorugh to Jonothan Leeming and it is indeed an Opisticanthus, but it is Opisticanthus capensis and not asper which is the species found in the lowveld and Eastern KZN
