Jay, its as my wife was saying earlier - "Its sad that people are having such enjoyment at the expense of the animals" Sounds worse than what it really is.

Re: Push to Punda

It would be okay if the animals could migrate like they used to, SR, but the fences stop that now, so I agree with your wife, it is a bit sad, ne? hmm

If it was my world, all the people would be fenced in their cities, and outside of the city fences, the animals would roam free; and if you chose to live outside of the fences, one would have to co-exist with nature, not control it tonguewink

Re: Push to Punda

You can still see the ash stripes of some trees that burnt last winter but there was so little rain it did not wash away. Some waterholes you can actually notice having less and less water every day

Re: Push to Punda

I must however comment on the animals at this present time, although it is very dry and most animals are centered around the waterholes, we did not see any animals that were other than in the most superb condition.

The number of animals that can be regarded as prime specimens were astounding, plenty of babies around and all of then were well fed and in very good condition.

Imax great shots ! That spinetail looks like it should not be able to fly... I would love to see one on the ground.
